Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all contracts between Cooper Digital, Frank Müller, Friedberg, Germany (the “Provider”) and users of expandhealthspan.com.
1. Scope and contracting party
The contracting party is Cooper Digital, owner Frank Müller, Geisbergstr. 5, 86316 Friedberg, Germany, email hello@expandhealthspan.com. These terms apply in the version valid at the time of the order. Deviating terms of the user do not become part of the contract unless the Provider agrees in writing.
2. Description of services
The Provider offers a free self-assessment (“Healthspan Assessment”) with an automatically calculated score as well as a paid digital “30-Day Healthspan Plan”. The plan is individualised on a rule-based basis from your own answers and is available in your account after purchase, including print/PDF output.
The offerings are educational and lifestyle content only. They do not constitute a medical service, diagnosis, therapy or treatment and do not replace medical advice. No particular health, fitness or lifespan outcome is owed.
3. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products on the website is not a binding offer. By clicking the payment button at checkout the user submits a binding offer. The contract comes into effect upon confirmation of payment or provision of the plan. The contract text is stored and made accessible by email confirmation and in the user account.
4. Prices and payment
The 30-Day Healthspan Plan costs a one-time €19.90 including statutory VAT. Amounts shown in US dollars are for orientation only; billing is exclusively in euros. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Depending on your selection, credit/debit card and other methods supported by Stripe are available. The invoice is provided electronically.
5. Right of withdrawal and early performance
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. As this is digital content, that right expires early if you expressly consent to performance beginning before the withdrawal period ends and confirm your knowledge of the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal. Details in the withdrawal notice.
6. Voluntary satisfaction guarantee
Independently of the statutory right of withdrawal, the Provider refunds the purchase price within 14 days of purchase upon an informal request to hello@expandhealthspan.com. Access to the plan ends with the refund.
7. Usage rights
Upon full payment the user receives a simple, non-transferable right to use, store and print the plan for their own private purposes. Sharing, publishing, reproduction for commercial purposes or resale are prohibited without written consent.
8. User account and obligations
A user account is required to access the plan. Login details must be kept confidential. Answers in the assessment must be truthful; inaccurate information leads to unsuitable recommendations. The service must not be misused, scraped automatically or used in a way that impairs its operation.
9. Availability
The Provider strives for high availability but does not owe uninterrupted accessibility. Maintenance, third-party disruptions or force majeure may cause temporary limitations.
10. Liability
The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body or health and under the German Product Liability Act. In cases of slight negligence the Provider is liable only for breach of essential contractual duties (cardinal obligations) and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Any further liability is excluded.
Implementing the recommendations is at your own responsibility. In the case of existing illnesses, pregnancy, medication or symptoms, seek medical advice before implementation.
11. Changes to these terms
The Provider may amend these terms with effect for the future where necessary to adapt to changes in law or services and where users are not unreasonably disadvantaged. For purchases already made, the version valid on the purchase date applies.
12. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
