Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us — Cooper Digital, Frank Müller, Geisbergstr. 5, 86316 Friedberg, Germany, email hello@expandhealthspan.com — by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision. Sending the notification before the deadline expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your notification. We use the same means of payment as in the original transaction; no fees apply.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For contracts on the supply of digital content not delivered on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires early if you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the withdrawal period ends and you have confirmed your knowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356 (5) BGB). We obtain this consent explicitly at checkout.

Voluntary 14-day satisfaction guarantee

Independently of this, we refund the purchase price of €19.90 within 14 days of purchase upon an informal request to hello@expandhealthspan.com — even if the statutory right of withdrawal has already expired.
